Start your journey to become a certified automotive technician through our paid internship program at Full Circle Training Center.
At Full Circle, we understand the importance of onboarding and choosing “the right person for the job.” We want interns to be passionate about their work – all applicants are interviewed to ensure our program is the right fit for their career goals. We also believe that having a support system is critical to success. Because of this, we offer wrap-around services that help with challenges such as housing, food insecurity, and mental health. Eligibility Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is preferred

Ability to obtain a driver’s license

Ability to get to the selected Vehicles for Change’s location by 7 am Monday through Friday.
Intern Recruitment Process
Vehicles for Change strives to provide support to individuals facing multiple barriers to employment, especially returning citizens, by affording them the opportunity to earn a living wage as certified auto technicians. Our program offers a four-month paid internship with guaranteed job placement at the completion of the program.

Experience Level
We offer two different paths to suit the experience level of our students. For those who are new to the field, we consider them entry-level and start them off by teaching them the basics of auto repair through our VFC-VR auto technician training. This training program utilizes virtual reality technology to simulate real-life scenarios, allowing students to gain practical knowledge without any risks. On the other hand, for those who already have some automotive experience, we offer a traditional setting where they will receive 90 minutes of classroom training followed by hands-on floor training with our experienced floor instructors. Regardless of your level of experience, our Full Circle Auto Repair and Training Program is committed to providing a comprehensive and effective learning experience to help you succeed in the automotive industry.
