Training That Drives Success
At Full Circle, we don’t just teach automotive, we immerse you in it. Our 12-week training program combines classroom instruction, hands-on experience, and cutting-edge virtual reality training to prepare you for a real career in the industry.

We use virtual reality (VR) to reinforce both classroom lessons and shop floor instruction—giving interns the chance to practice in a realistic, immersive, and safe environment. This tech-powered approach helps build skills and confidence.

Interns receive Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) classroom instruction along with in-shop training on real vehicles, building both knowledge and confidence from day one.
Throughout the program, you’ll dive into topics like:
-
Careers in the Automotive Industry
-
Preventive Maintenance and Service
-
Lower and Upper Engine Theory, ABS and Brake Service, Steering & Suspension Systems, and Alignment
-
Lubrication & Cooling Systems
